Create Chatbot

  1. Go to the Chatbots page on WebAgent.
  2. Click the Create Chatbot.
  3. Follow the guided creation flow to set up your chatbot.

Add Knowledge

  1. Upload relevant text content

  2. The chatbot will learn from the uploaded content and be able to respond to user queries accurately.

Embed on Website

  1. Once your chatbot is trained, you’ll receive a script tag to add to the <head> section of your website.

  2. To add the <script> tag, follow our tutorials for:

    1. Shopify
    2. Squarespace
    3. Webflow
    4. Wix
    5. WordPress
